Terms and conditions
The Worxx · Updated October 17, 2026
These terms cover the theworxx website and estimate requests for The Worxx, Rodney’s lawn care and tree service in the Florida Panhandle. Calling (850) 567-1123 or emailing rdr2671@gmail.com is how you reach him.
Estimates
Sending the form asks for a free estimate. It does not book the job and it is not a final price. Prices on the site, including stump grinding from $125, are starting prices. The price for your property depends on the size of the work, access, and what Rodney finds on site. Work starts only after you and Rodney agree on the job and the price.
Your property
You confirm that you can authorize work at the address you give. Tell Rodney about dogs, locked gates, sprinkler lines, septic tanks, and anything else that could be damaged. He will work carefully, but he cannot avoid a hazard he was not told about.
Service area
The Worxx serves Pace, Milton, Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Jay, Fort Walton Beach, Panama City, Crestview, Santa Rosa County, Escambia County, Okaloosa County, and the rest of the Florida Panhandle. A request from outside that area may be declined.
Text messages
Estimate texts go to the business owner at (850) 567-1123. You can also choose a text to yourself. On the estimate form, enter your mobile number and check the box that says The Worxx may text you about that estimate. The box is unchecked unless you check it. If you check it, you get one text at that number confirming the request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Checking the box is not required to request an estimate.
The website
The site is for information and estimate requests. Weather, equipment, and schedule can change a job. The Worxx is not liable for a delay talking through the form. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
